Mekyal is a crowdfunding investment platform authorized, certified and regulated by the Saudi Capital Market Authority. Mekyal launched during the momentum of the Fintech industry local and regional boom. Since its inception Mekyal has successfully launched and closed multiple seed funding rounds for its diverse portfolio offerings which range from food and beverage to fashion retail start-ups.

STF designed, developed and launched the Mekyal brand, our collaboration was holistic in that it included naming development, brand creation and marketing collateral. Our creative team worked closely with the Mekyal founding team to capture the corporate essence into a compelling brand narrative. Once the brand elements were finalized, our project team executed and proceeded with the implementation of the stationary and wayfinding systems into the Mekyal Riyadh headquarters.

Brand awareness around Mekyal revolve around the shifting of consumer behavior towards online investment rather than traditional banking investment options. Challenge being in navigating public concerns over risk was countered by the robust interactive web and mobile application presence of Mekyal. As such, STF conducted extensive research and thorough analysis to navigate challenges in the development of profitable social media campaigns, heavily centered around bite sized marketing videos and influencer marketing.
