Project Description
ROSHN is a leading regional real estate developer, with a mandate of improving the quality of life, by elevating residential communities, on the precipice of the Saudi Vision 2030. STF is honored to have collaborated with the ROSHN team on the creation of a unique brand identity and construction of a compelling brand narrative. Our long standing partnership with ROSHN, started at the inception of the concept, where HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, selected our logo to represent this national company.
Advisory
STF developed the marketing and communications strategy for ROSHN. As two very rapid and growing disciplines, we focused on the direct proportionality of marketing and communications, particularly internal communications. STF placed the building blocks of the ROSHN internal communications strategy which required cross-departmental research into how to maintain and project a unified corporate tone of voice which will no doubt be reflected externally. In order to achieve the organization’s goals, STF keened to share communication in various forms including initiatives and programs. Simultaneously, STF assumed a methodical approach to the development of a marketing strategy, which would later translate into an actionable marketing plan.

STF derived inspiration from the rich Saudi culture to artistically develop the ROSHN logo. The logo is comprised of 6 unique rectangular panels, each representing a region of Saudi Arabia. The journey began with understanding the brand ethos and proceed to build an identity that embodies the concept. Our holistic approach to branding is showcased in the crafting of a culturally significant slogan “ الحي یحییك ” Where the Arabic slogan is near and dear to the Custodian of the Holy Mosques King Salman’s heart, and it signifies unlimited generosity and prosperity.
Digital
STF collaborated with ROSHN on key design and media production projects, particularly the creation of engaging digital video content tailored for various social media platforms. Our experts crafted appealing digital assets to enhance user engagement and convey messages effectively by leveraging compelling and relevant material designed to resonate with a target audience and drive digital marketing strategies.
Spaces
As a real estate developer, the interior facade of ROSHN offices and sales center is of exceptional importance. Given the nature and targeted demographic of the brand, we provided art consultation services that would outline the meticulous placement of local and international art work to leverage the uniqueness of ROSHN and as a subtle indication of the industry shift generated by the launch of ROSHN to the Saudi market.
